ME^3 (M E Cubed = Mechanical x Electrical x Energy x Efficiency) Engineering is an Atlanta, Georgia based full service (MEP) mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering firm.

We provide engineering and architectural services including calculations, construction drawings, specifications, construction cost estimates, and construction administration for commercial, educational, governmental, and aviation markets. In addition to providing standard building MEP engineering services, ME^3’s extensive experience in designing new and optimizing existing facilities to be as energy efficient as possible and its experience developing and commissioning controls and communications systems sets ME^3 apart from most ordinary MEP design firms.
ME^3 is committed to providing its customers with engineering excellence by accurately determining the needs of each customer and identifying innovative, economically feasible, energy efficient, and environmentally responsible project solutions.

ME^3 is committed to providing quality service and takes great pride in exceeding the expectations of our clients. Our leadership staff is highly trained in both the fine art of engineering and the business of project management. This combination of skill sets ensures the quality of our projects and that our projects will be delivered on time and within budget.

Our process for quality assurance centers on the assigning of a Principal-In-Charge to every project. The principal will manage the project by identifying the essential engineering concepts, assigning critical path tasks to the available human resources, and maintaining the project schedule using checklist to verify milestones for calculations, drawings, and specification. Our principals also work closely with our team leaders to ensuring that the lines of communications are always open and being using during weekly staff meetings and daily individual team member consultations.

Kevin D. Champion

Kevin D. Champion is CEO and president of M E Cubed Engineering, which he founded in 2006 an Atlanta based mechanical, plumbing, and electrical facilities systems engineering design firm, a firm built on hard work, a commitment to engineering excellence, and integrity. Kevin received Bachelor’s Degrees in Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering from Morehouse College and Georgia Tech respectively and also a Master’s Degree in Building Construction Management from Georgia Tech. Following his undergraduate studies, he worked for two small engineering firms and for one of the most historically renowned international engineering firms in the southeast.

As president, Mr. Champion directs all business operations and leads a talented and diverse team of engineers. Kevin’s personal expertise includes medium and low voltage power distribution and instrumentation and automated controls. He believes in community service and encouraging our youth towards higher education and offers internship opportunities to learn more about the field of engineering.  Mr. Champion actively practices the “each one, teach one” philosophy and   encourages other firms to participate as well.
