PROJECT SCOPE:Replace Fuel Storage & Distribution Facility.

DESIGN SCOPE:Provide one (1) new 80,000 barrel (bbl) storage tank, two (2) new 20,000 bbl storage tanks, a new pump shelter with pipeline receipt connection, a new fuel transfer line, and modern pumping and filtration equipment to ensure safe and reliable transfer capabilities to the operating systems.

ELECTRICAL DESIGN SCOPE:  A new Type III pump shelter with bridge crane and hoist, five (5) 600 GPM fuel pumps and filter separators, product recovery system, surge suppressors, HHT check out station, 8 inch and 16 inch tie-ins to existing hydrant system, control system, motor control and programmable logic controls center, manual transfer switchgear for existing generator, utilities, demolition of existing pump shelter and support structures, site improvements and other necessary infrastructure.

–    Replace asphalt surface with concrete parking pad
–    Spill containment capable of holding 110% of single refueler (R-11)
–    Tie-in drainage system to existing oil/water separator
